       Is anyone here autistic or close with someone who is?I’m torn over whether to declare ASC on my application form or wait until I have job offers. There’s the benefit of ‘Guaranteed Interview Schemes’ if I do, but then I won’t know if I’m just getting a sympathy interview or genuinely wanted for the role…

       @ChameleonBones I know a couple of women who have been diagnosed later in life and think it really helps being open at work because they can access so much more support than before. One was able to get her job role changed to allow her more flexibility.I would be hesitant on the job interview but that's just me, I expect the worst of people :blobawkward:
