@Terry tipping is the reason why a nation of sheep like the US rely on shitty tiered pathetic hourly wages hahaIt's an outdated customary non obligation.If you serve decent food, pay your staff well and can create a great atmosphere with fantastic customer service; people tip after they've paid their bill. You're not getting a single fucking tip out of me, anytime or anywhere unless the aforementioned occurs. Raise minimum wage and ditch the tip. It's not compulsory.It's unnecessary.Thank fuck I live in a place where there's no backwards hospitality apart from occasionally slow customer service (that's anywhere in this state) that doesn't require tips.Nowhere in Australia do you find that.Why?We pay a decent wage, being the difference.
