       @EnglishRed while mobilizing the country for war against a common enemy would solve certain issues the fedgov is facing... I don't see any signs at all of actual belligerence against China. Not even in the international waters of the South China Sea.

       @EnglishRed maybe that's testing the waters in a way but not quite a military confrontation, and US is continuing to defer to China militarily in the zone. And China is making it clear they won't just let the US play in their back yard freely. For several years now.

       @tomosaigon I might have agreed with you this time last yearHowever when the question of concentration camps on the US/Mex border started to come up in congress the propaganda machine went into over drive faking news reports on 'Chinas concentration camps for muslims' The wall of propaganda the US lives under is all consuming and I've no doubt a lot of Americans believe the CIA shit they've spread about China is true When the economy collapses in US I think all bets are off the table
