@Prodigal There's video evidence from every angle showing he was attempting to retreat when he headshot the first guy (important for a self-defense charge, if you are actively retreating and they are coming after you anyway they have forfeited any claim against you). Child molesting redshirt manlet may also have thrown a Molotov at him, which is a federal offence.The second and third are even easier. He was knocked down and swarmed, they tried to take his gun away, and skater boy attempted to bash his head in before Kyle put a round in his chest. The last idiot pulled a fake surrender before trying to pull a gun and got his right bicep vaporized for his trouble, this is not in any way defensible.Kyle immediately attempted to turn himself into cops and was told to go home. It was that obvious a self-defense issue at the scene. This is a politically motivated prosecution. Already the heavy right-wing hitters are closing ranks around him online, Nick Sandmann's lawyer is personally involved and arranging for a private defense lawyer, money is being raised. The kid is a clean cut 17 year old Midwestern normie who wants to become a cop, not a fringe weirdo. Every piece of shit he put a bullet into was a convicted felon (not kidding, the first was a child molester).
