       Hooptie AC rebuild update!Flushed the AC evaporator in my venerable hooptie. I'm switching from R12 to R134a and the oils are incompatible, plus there was probably some grime, rust and remnants of the innards of previously seized compressors in there. A fucking mess came out! Horrifying and satisfying at the same time.Note to anyone doing this: remove your expansion valve, drill out the diaphragm and reinstall it. Now you can flush the evaporator way better!#DIY #MyHooptie #W123 #Benz
