@restioson actually it's because there's too much magic smoke in water. Everyone knows that electronics run on magic smoke, but what not everyone knows is that electronics rely on having just the right amount of magic smoke. You put too much magic smoke in an electronic, it no workie. That's why magic smoke escapes from an electronic device after it's been submerged. That's the excess magic smoke escaping.
