'born in the wrong body' is the mainstream narrative on the media (and I mean even the good parts, not the pile of TERFs shit) in Scandinavia and it pisses me off, not because it's not a legit narrative someone may have but because this is the *only* way most people can parse transness here...(the post in the picture is a gem from genderfork http://genderfork.com/2012/live-and-fight-and-love/)

@lichen Seems to be dying out in the UK and America, but cis people who haven’t been paying attention still sometimes use it. I’m with the person you quote - this is my body, not the wrong one, and transition means I’m starting to be comfortable in it for the first time since puberty.
