@LydiaConwell"Doxxing" is publicly posting online someone's personal information, such as real name, address, phone number, employer, social media personas, etc. It's often followed by harrassment of the individual by multiple others, usually some hate group or other retards.

@LydiaConwellAll kinds of ways. Usually people aren't as careful about privacy as they think they are, and expose it all carelessly. Less often the information is obtained by individually hacking some source that's supposed to be secure, or via some monumental corporate data breach. That's why it's wise to have as small an internet footprint as possible.
