@Anna_Khalili33 @HebrideanHecate I've been getting the impression that women in Scotland are much more vocal about the trans lobby than women in Canada. It would be great to join a Scottish protest just to be surrounded by like-minded women. At least we can get a virtual taste of that here. Some day travel will be possible again :)

I'm having a pathetic sort of day. so this just makes me sad. I'm sad and angry we need to protest. and sad and angry that travel and seeing people and hugging people may never be possible again, but at the very least not for a very long time. but mostly I'm sad and angry that if it is and you come over to join the protest, I still wont' get seeing you all because I can't do stuff like that, even if it was in Glasgow, if it was in Edinburgh, might as well be in Toronto! @Fullycaffeinated @Anna_Khalili33 @AllineCormier @HebrideanHecate

I don't know what physical condition you're currently in, but I once spent 3 days in Disneyland back when I wasn't walking at all in a very fancy wheelchair that my family rented for me. I couldn't afford it myself, so my family members all chipped in. Pain sucks, and even a fancy wheelchair or scooter doesn't solve anything, but I'm sure a bunch of us here on Spinster would all chip in to rent you a fancy ride for the day if that would mean that you could join us. And if you can't then I'm sure I wouldn't be paying you a visit alone ❤️

thanks dear that's very kind. I can't walk very far, so that's part of it, but noise, light, smells, expending energy whether pleasant or unpleasant, need to be close to a toilet etc and so forth.
