it's not RSS. it's far more complicated. RSS is just mass feed for everybody subscribed. AP has complicated levels of access and multiple different mailboxes and collections.

AP is extension of main protocol, to say exactly. it completely repeats the architecture of mail and just extends it a little.

well, I'm mathematician and analogy means isomorphism. while there's not any between AP and RSS. AP is absolutely isomorphic to e-mail. that's it :)

i exclusively made this account just to say thank you. first of all i dont even know how i got here lol. rss seemed to me like an alien mystical technology, but this video cleared things up for me. after i put all the channels i like on the rss feed , i can rest easy and delete my google account. and maybe even make use of this rss thing. i will watch more of your videos and gain from your wisdom
