       @caymanwent The real estate game isn't about providing living space. It's about investment opportunities. A fair number of condos are never rented out to anyone, because they're owned by trusts that exist solely for the purpose of funding retirement accounts. Amenities like trolleys and "living walls" are there to inflate the value of that property in an abstract sense, where the theoretical homeowner will pay more for the opportunity to live there. But the actual utility is fake because the homeowners are fake. They're just putting a plastic piece on the Park Place square of the gameboard.
