Ok to be fair their desktop comes with 2 extra fans, and with a wireless keyboard and mouse, so for fun and giggles let's add another 350 euro's for extra fancy fans and a wireless mouse/keyboard combo that you can type with from the moon. That's €1850. But nah let's spend €8250 for the same 😂

@Gina last time I used Mac OS I was horrified by the fact that highlighting an icon on the desktop and hitting the enter key would trigger the rename function instead of opening the file and/or running the associated program. To do the latter you would need the press cmd+o on the keyboard.As a UX designer I'm traumathized to this day.@orbjet

@Gina the one thing I can say in Apple's defense here is that they've got ECC memory. That's a lot more expensive than regular memory.Though it certainly doesn't account for that big of a difference.

@ekaitz_zarraga @Gina but that is a tall tale. While Nvidia still hides a lot they were opening a lot too, and in reality I can't say anything real problem about working or playing with the cards. And the 1660 is a pretty fast one (it's a dumbed-down RTX). "Shit" is a huge exaggeration.

@grin @ekaitz_zarraga @Gina I would say it’s shit too. Their linux drivers are crap, I can’t use linux on my desktop pc because of it. First, I cannot save my display orientation, it’s back to default after every reboot. Tried everything.Second, there is so much tearing while using linux, even when using gsync on my 144hz main monitor.

@Gina you can upgrade the ram on it yourself. Basically, the only things worth getting on top of the basic package are SSDs and graphics cards. But yeah, this thing is ridiculously overpriced. But I still considered buying it at some point.
