I've decided to quit smoking cold turkey after many years of smoking 2 packs a day and many failed attempts. I hate it, It's the worst thing in my life. I hope I can do it this time.

@saadIf it helps any, I did the same 4 years ago. Multiple failed attempts and then - bam, just like that! Cold turkey. It can be hard first month or so, but then, it gets exponentially better and better. More you are without it, more you should be proud and not give up! And no - I still miss it after lunch:)

@saad great decision! It'll be tough at times since habits can be difficult to shake, but in a couple of years you'll look back with a smile. (Quit some 6ish years ago, myself)
