@cantinto i don't like this stuff. i decide what is beautiful to me, people need to stop trying to tell me what i find attractive. if i'm unhappy with my body i don't want to feel better i want to feel bad so that i will remember how i feel when i see those potato chips in the shopping center.this stuff is toxic.

@takotsubo I am not concerned about people who are not me, it is a selfish criticism. I can't speak for the experience of other people anyway. C19 kept me at home instead of in the gym and active, and I put on weight.I have struggled to keep my diet since I set it, the last thing I need is being told I don't need to do it anymore. Self-loathing isn't involved anyway, I'm not sure why you bring it up here. Acknowledging you put on weight isn't loathing, my self-esteem isn't based on my appearance anyway.

@cantinto i've seen it online though, the whole "body positive" thing. If you're overweight 300kg small planetoid with two moons you deserve all love and support but you also have to do something about your weight problem because it IS a serious problem, like drug/gambling addition or other serious health issues.
