       @Q7p After you create an account you need to wait for the account to be approved. It can take up to 48 hours. After that you should get approval or denial email. So could be that this is the issue you are having.

       @disroot that could explain the second issue yes. at least i got past the first issue all by myself. i feel like a grown up. thanks ill check for said email before i try again in a few days.the other issue was strange. but probably not worth figuring out as ya'll are switching the backend soon. probably had something to do with my securityquestion response being ridiculously long & complex.will the new backend support 999 char long passwords like other services? that woruld be great. ty

       @Q7p Not sure where did you get the information from but we are not planning any change in the backend. We are planning to replace webmail soon but thats totally not connected. 1. Password lenght is an issue we should definitely look into and finally fix indeed2. The so called 'security question' is verification question. It is not used for password reset. It is a anti-bot/spammer/scammer step, where we require answer to a given question on topic and within the minimum amount of characters
