       @freemo nice, i would post a picture of my 2,000 cal burger im about to eat. but im not that mean. but i need the cals right now, lots of manual labor todo around this place.

       @Q7p If i skipped the bun I could probably eat one and get away with it on this diet... I think half a bun would put me at my carb limit for the day though.

       @freemo im wit it as they say. i so dry fasting from time to time. last year i did ramadan as a challenge to myself and to better understand that culture. i think it might have been a bad idea on some levels, a lot of people think im muslim now. so i guess that's good as it really exposes who they are currently. so what if i follow this or that. i've studied a lot of paths. labels aren't really my thing. left, right, up, down, black, white, purple, etc... okay im stop rambling & eat. lol

       @Q7p its been a while but I used to do 1 week, 2 week, and one month fasts, no food of any kind in that time, just water, occasional salts and vitamins
