This last week ive been trying to cut out a lot of habitually bad habits, including my eating habits. Today is the first day its getting easier and the stress is going down a lot, especially with the diet.I am tempted to start cutting back on tv too. Its usually in the background and i am fairly productive when its on. But i think it is adversely effecting my mental state and limiting deep thought im used to having. In the past when ive cut out the background noise my mental insights seem to improve, so i think it might be a good next step in personal self improvement.

@freemo Great idea to cut off the distractions.I have Classical Music station, no ads, streaming constantly here as I red and work. And even that, sometimes I turn off when I feel the need for deep concentration. Try it ? --> https://www.wned.org/radio/wned-classical-945/

@freemo oh my, they don't call it Tell-A-Vision "Programming" for nothing. You should indeed move past that as soon as possible. I haven't watched TV in over 15 years. It's okay to own one, as long as it's unplugged. :) If you haven'talready, look into #microbiome health. Probiotics can really help. I eat plain yogurt most days. Another thing is #microgreens #sprouts this can really help you. They are easy to grow at home in your kitchen too.

@Q7pI agree. Its too easy to waste hours of your day and makes other tasks seem boring.. its the mind killer. Even though it is just noise for me its still not good.Im all for probiotics, good suggestion. My diet is keto, so basically no carbs. Sadly that means no fruit and a very limited selection of vegetables i can eat, and even then im limited on how much veggies i can eat. If i stick to leafy greens like spinach i can basically just barely get minimal dose before i max out my daily carbs.

@freemo we are quantum computers. just like a computer, garbage in = garbage out. so much media maybe even 99% of it is designed to keep us in lower vibrations. we can start seeing amazing results once we start shifting our programming. You might look up Dr. Bruce Lipton, he talks about the first 7 years of programming. Trying to recall the other dr's name. This is the problem with no bookmarks on my tails. lol, it will come to me. I'll get back to you im sure. I'm passionate about this topic.

@Q7pIts usually just some sort of scifi on in the background. So it does have some glimmer of thoughtfulness to it at least
