@koyu Hello! :)Quick question, I was looking for the text formatting options in the settings -- GS has the MarkDown and BBcode in some instances, do you have it here?I absolutely love those, so wish Mastodon would catch up. Thank you!

@yann2 sure, there are two ways to enable markdown/html supporteither throughPreferences > Other > Default format for tootsorApp settings > Compose box > Show content-type choice when authoring tootsnote that this only works with the glitch-soc flavour enabled

@koyu Perfect!!! Thank you, found them both.The one I recalled was the one in the Compose Box, so I enabled that option. Had been there looking, but missed it.wonderful to ba able to add some formatting.

@Jari @koyu Bold is heavy, Italicized is like the Tower of Pisa Underline is good too And there's Bulleted lists.bullet item 1bullet item 2bullet item 3And there's **Quote : **let's see if markdown is working... This is code and this is bold... Test!

@Jari Have you heard about Husky?A new fork from Tusky, made by a Pleroma admin. It supports the extended formatting options of GlitchSoc and Pleroma right off the box.In Beta, still in development but it seems nice and stable to me. @koyu @Jari @a1batross @Husky And I just did a quick test, and Pinafore client DOES send in the format codes properly into GS as well.Even though it's not officially supported yet. Screenshot of a DM send from Pina, MD format working.

@koyu @Jari @yann2 @Husky I've added a support for Markdown/HTML for Glitch just yesterday. :)It should work now but I didn't tested it on real profile, just don't have anything to test on.
