I think there is an aspect of being sociable that makes one learn certain things faster

So here is what I am thinking about.I have seen people pick up new tech pretty quick.While I ruminate.And the same people need not surpass me in general cognitive abilities in other matters.I ask them later, if they thought about possible exception so and so.But they didn't.The ability I am talking about is, kinda, to quickly internalize new rules.I am very unsure about this, but I've seen cases that makes me believe it can relate to social grace.
