       I sometimes find myself feeling guilty for taking time off for things like mental health. A lot of people work jobs where that simply isn't an option, or don't even have work right now

       But this is just Capitalism trying to keep me complacent. Everyone deserves health and happiness, and their work should be in service of that, not the other way around
