Really sad day today. I woke up this morning to find that the smaller of my two oscars has been badly beaten up by the larger one.This has been going on for a while and has been getting progressively worse. That’s what has caused the hole in the head shown in the picture - it’s a common issue with stressed oscars.I’ve just re-homed the larger Oscar at my local fish store. I’m absolutely devastated. Look at the state of the poor girl.

@Halbeard yeah, there’s nothing I could have done. He would have killed her eventually. I just hope I managed to catch it in time and that she pulls through.

@pell no. They're very big fish that need very big tanks. I don't have another tank big enough to separate them. :(
