@RehnSturm256 It is not brave to come out as transgender today, it was a few years ago. Anyone that will argue that violence is okay when you offend them has mental issues. That being said: I do believe in respecting people, and respect is something that you earn. If someone wants to be called a pronoun and they are not rude about it, then call them by it. If you agree or not is not the issue, it is about respect. If they yell at you for accidentally calling the person the wrong gender, honestly, they do not deserve respect. If they get violent because you called them the wrong pronoun, they do not deserve respect. Most trans people do not act that way from my experience, it is just the really toxic ones that are portrayed that ruin it for the rest of them.

Men and women only differ about 60/40 in terms of aggression, interestingly, although its almost entirely men on the extremes. "These days" the worst trans people are the ones getting all the media attention. Not to mention the physical process is absolutely not a fun time. The ones who just try and live normal lives never show up anywhere. If someone transitions really young, they'll pass easily and that won't go away with age. Especially if they did go on puberty blockers (let this sit as another topic, but I have studies on this topic and its probably not at all what certain members of the trans hostile media are spewing). But for people for whom that wasn't that option (like me) its usually pretty obvious we are trans, and that's still a stigma that makes life hard. Not fitting in anywhere, and always regarded as "something else" is very much difficult and that hasn't changed or improved all that much. It WAS improving, but then the SJW's started recruiting people who aren't even trans ("tucutes"), just people playing dress up and things went bad.Regarding pronouns -- its not quite so simple, because the underlying condition (thats gender dysphoria, and people who don't have it aren't trans just because they put on a dress or are gender non-confirming, no matter what they fuckin say) is caused by a often jarring expectation between your body and how you are perceived vs what you were born as. So when someone with G/D gets misgendered it really brings up that "wrong" sensation in a bad way. I've got pretty thick skin about it though, and just don't associate with people who won't be nice. Either way, there isn't a point to getting aggressive about it. Probably 80% of "common knowledge" about genuine, gender dysphoric trans people is simply incorrect, especially since the LGBT "community" was long ago co-opted as a far left political movement -- and precisely why right wingers like myself aren't welcome in any of the mainstream areas. Its been nothing but poison for us.Consider too the damage done here, like reading about some prisoners who gets out of jail because they decided to come out as trans -- that makes us look real bad, especially as someone who is generally conservative minded the very people that I want to associate with are the very ones most angered by that kind of thing.But anyway, no one here actually said anything I considered to be bad, just a lot of confusion on what people were arguing with.Anyway that was a lot of blah blah.

Nothing may justify violence, except legitimate self-defence (and punching someone for saying something you disagree with is not self-defence).- Getting a wrong "sensation" about being called "the wrong gender" is entirely in your brain. Nobody is exerting violence on you directly (except intentionally mocking you, such as for example calling you a tranny, telling you to die etc) but it still doesn't justify violence. It is possible to get to a point where offensive people are unable to agitate you, but it's personal effort.- The "trans issue" is being politicised by both left and right wingers, and it's disgusting to watch how they use it as some sort of excuse to push their agenda.- Trans people have the right to be whatever they wish to be, look like, or dress, but they will still retain their genes (just like a person with Down's Syndrome has a different genetic expression as well) I don't understand sex as a separate concept from gender, but I will address people in the pronoun they choose.

I did not take medication and my family wasn't supportive to me at all (my mother once told me "If you want to kill yourself, maybe I should kill myself before you, so you know what it feels like"), so you can imagine how shitty that made me feel. My family kept refusing psychological therapy on the grounds of it being "too expensive", yet they'd still buy expensive purses and go to exotic places.I survived depression and I can say I am fully healed, and will never rebound, with the most absolute certainty.It is possible to get through harsh times, but first you have to try.It isn't easy. It isn't something I'd wish upon even my biggest haters and the people who want me to disappear. But it is possible.

It didn't seem to work too much, but over time, here I am.For example, I used to be scared to death of airplanes, but I applied the following train of thought:- The captain doesn't want to die.- If people die aboard an aircraft, both the manufacturer and the airline will be publicly embarrassed and probably have to compensate the deceased's people families.- It's much more likely to die on the road to frontal collision with a drunk 20 year old than to die aboard an aircraft handled by pilots who studied for many years and have hundreds of flights of experience.And so on and so forth.

Null is correct -- a pre-puberty trans person will have no tells, because its hormones that determine most of your physical shape. Trans after 20 y/o most of the time you can tell, sure. But earlier than that its just not understanding the biology involved. Again -- its not your genetics, its your hormones during early development. When it comes to people who are intersex, I do not know very much about it tbh, so I can not say much. When it comes to trans males on T/ trans females on T blockers, the developmental stage of a person's body gives an overwhelming unfair advantage if the person's sex is male. It has nothing to do with gender.
