       @VivekT But do they?  Voters at polling stations are still even now waiting to have their votes counted even as Michigan was called for Biden.  One of the issues which has been percolating for years is voter suppression and the stories of that have been numerous across the USA, from “lost” registrations, to stations strategically closed or underequipped, to plain Jane hacking the machines like in Iowa.I’m not saying it’s bunk, but it’s bunk. Unlikely Sanders lost Michigan.  It smells.

And only a handful of us political junkies will bother to record it, let alone whisper it to folks abroad.The genius of the USA empire is this finesse, beyond almost any other totalitarian regime in history, as Chomsky so well recorded.  Why bother bury the truth when history can make it irrelevant?  Why bust heads when you can make them despair?
