       @mike Not surprised. Like everywhere else, the small ones usually cave immediately. It's the big ones that have the time, energy and resources to put up a fight.

       @mike this reminds me of Star Trek episodes where the crew confronts their violent past, there was probably a time when these disingenuous patent suits finally came to an end.
