@sir they heavily incentivize automating your backups and ensuring that flow. A tad annoying if you have bad habits like me. Bandwidth to them seems good. Managing things is relatively simple and almost completely is standard Unix tooling. Pricing without coupons seems a bit high in regards to personal use. Can’t comment on “business scale” pricing. I’m sure you can grab referral codes off multiple people here.

@sir They're pricey but they do a thing, do it well, and stay out of the way. I had bad download bandwidth from them and as soon as I complained they fixed it.

@sir only used it for very basic personal backups but it's been awesome. If you email, you immediately talk to an actual engineer who is empowered to solve issues.

@sir Positive. They really try to provide a no-nonsense service, but if you do need support they are on top of it.

@sir I’ve been a happy customer for years. It’s very cheap, and they even have a cheaper plan available if you’re technical and don’t have to contact support with dumb questions.

@sir Works as advertised, only had one minor issue in a few years of use. Their ZFS snapshots are really cool, but the rotation scheme is dumb. They accepted my suggestions to improve it, not sure if they'll ever follow up though.
