@hjWhenever I look at the pleroma issue tracker, it looks like there is a lot of work to do and many components get refactored. But is it going somewhere?

@succfemboi in regards of PleromaFE: it would be going somewhere faster if we (or I) had more time and energy doing things. There some much wanted features (like settings syncing for instance) that really need some other stuff overhauled first, because otherwise it would become a mess in may regards. There are also performance issues shpuld working on because performance really did degrade a lot in recent versions. There are also some merge requests coming from other people that need tending, but those also take time and energy. As of BE - i don't know.tl;dr: FE moves but slowly. BE - i have no idea.

@hj @succfemboi i may be able to contribute more this year, depending on what i end up doing for work. i like working with vue, but i'm just tired of it by the end of the work day.

@succfemboi @xj9 there are plans to use server-side rendering but it's not clear if it's gonna be implemented or used, ever. It would require instance to run additional application that would render those pages, and even still it's not clear if that HTML will be usable without javascript or not.
