@santannamv I was informed that fasting and dieting related content could be linked to eating disorders and trauma for some people, which of course I wouldn't want to remind anyone of.The CW is a small measure to hopefully make others more comfortable.

@Gina Remember to add a quarter teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon salt substitute (potassium chloride and magnesium) to your water, so you aren't destroying your potassium reserves while you fast.

@Gina Guess it depends on your brain. Day 4 of fasting for me (I think I was about your age when I did it first time) and I started seeing weird shit. Low blood sugar csn be fun!
