       My Review of the 2014 Movie SerenaSerena is a movie about nothing. Bradley Cooper dies. Rhys Ifans gets his hand chopped off. I want to give Jennifer Lawrence the D. The last movie I saw her in was Mother! That film reminded me of Kafka in the sense that it seemed to me that Darren Aronofsky wanted to do a bad impression of a Kafkaesque movie. Mother! was a far more interesting movie than Serena and I also wanted to give Jennifer Lawrence the D but it still pretty much sucked. While watching Serena I learned that in 2018 Jennifer Lawrence apparently starred in a movie entitled Red Sparrow, where she plays some kind of Russian spy. It was directed by Francis Lawrence, so it's probably going to suck, but it looks like Jennifer Lawrence really committed to the role of a voluptuous Ruski mamacita so for the sake of my peepee I'ma give it a watch too. Anyway I give Serena one ⭐
