       @blobyoumu @fristi paper is a sustainable resource there's no reason to not use paper plates out of environmental concern. you don't even need to recycle it, recycling is pretty bad for the environment in most cases anyway

       @fluffy I'm afraid it just doesn't work like that around here.The issue is mostly that we're working with a skeleton crew here, and nobody has the time to do the dishes. That's were the problem comes from. Having a dishwasher would solve it as people just have to dump their dishes in the machine and turning on the machine takes a lot less time.

       @fristi we have a washing machine, the cleaning lady comes in the morning at 5 or so and puts the dishes in the machine, presses the wash button, cleans the desks etc. in and out in an hour. your boss should do something like this it's cheap and effective. dirty dishes are gross

       @fluffy @fristi styrofoam only sucks because you can't microwave it and it melts if the food is hot when you put it in there. Put a bunch of styrofoam plates or cups in a break room and it's guaranteed some dumbass will microwave it and make a mess.

       @fluffy we've suggested it a few times, but he just brushes it off as us being lazy and not wanting to do the dishes, even though he now experienced first hand how much time is lost in manually washing the dishes.Guess some things will never change here.
