@switchingsoftware Not bad.Is it possible to remove the boxes around "All" "Google" "Facebook" "Amazon" "Microsoft"? Or maybe change them to tabs or something else? The page has too many boxes. Also, the top half of the page is black & the bottom half is mostly blue. That looks a little unusual.Good luck with the launch!

@SlowRain Hmm, I think tabs aren't useful in mobile view as there are two rows then - see attached image. Maybe I'll have another idea on the styling of the filter button, we'll see π€ And the button half must be more blue as it consists nearly completely of links - and all links should be identifiable as such by being blue π€ But the filter buttons could be less blue I think.

Hi @dheadshot,I regularly quick-check accessibility with this tool and found no issues - didn't do the detailled assisted tests though yet π€ https://accessibilityinsights.io/en/And I installed Lynx now and tried it π The entries can't be "clicked" and title/subtitle of entries don't differ - well, textual content is complete at least.I'm really no expert in these things, so any suggestions are always welcome π

@switchingsoftware looks good to me. :) more explicit than what i remember from older versions. (product name + service description)the only thing thatβs not sitting well with me (not a landing page issue at all!) is the inclusion of netsyms captcheck as a recaptcha alternative. sure itβs self-hostable, but the company has some major red-flaggy yuck in their ToS (apply when you use their hosted captcheck service!) & βbeliefsβ page. (see https://netsyms.com/beliefs)

@switchingsoftware would it be privacy-observing? The user has to be privacy-conscious. The software design would see to it that need for privacy is respected. So the author observes the need for privacy.

@switchingsoftwarethe dark theme was just my personal opinion, so no need to implement.the website design itself is pretty good all in all. it's not pushing itself into the face of the user, though I feel somehow it's a bit too going 9ut of the way.maybe a tiny tad accent color that is a bit more then blue might touch up nicely.for the information pages, you should consider a toc, especially on mobile.having to scroll through the whole page to see all available options can be quite cumbersome.also a small comparison at the end or beginning of the page could be good too. like a small pro con list. though that is a pretty big part to create and maybe maintain.

@kura I like the idea of a decent accent color, maybe later on π Already thought of TOCs. But I guess if we really needed these, we should prefer making the pages shorter and/or putting more info behind links and into seperate explaining articles. Or less entries.Comparisons indeed are a lot of extra work. Also I fear they might foster tedious discussions. Putting the alternatives in one order or another already is controversial in itself π€ But yes, they would be helpful though.

@kura Looking at pages like this, I would like to keep related alternatives together (XMPP+Quicksy+Zom)https://pages.codeberg.org/swiso-en/replace/facebook-messenger/index.htmlOr sometimes, give a more general option first and than an additional option to "complete the setup" second like here (which would be in alphabetically order by chance π )https://pages.codeberg.org/swiso-en/replace/microsoft-office/index.htmlWell, for now most of the ordering is taken from the original website. @switchingsoftware π In each category-box on the page you have key.app.name as primary (eg Change.org) in large bold type, and category as secondary (eg Petition Platforms). How about putting both on the same level (ie same size and weight type)? And leading with the category? Speaking for myself, when Iβm looking to switch, Iβm usually being analytical, with a category/function in mind rather than a specific app I want to leave behind. Not all switchers will take same approach though? Hmmnn
