@stux It is not bad, it is sacred (not anti Semitic, for fact Swastika is sacred in Semitic religions too) It is bad when projected as a Nazi Xenophobic sign. Hitler did screw us up!

@stux Is anyone out there asking for it and also why you feel we don't want it on mstdn ?Is it because of the fact that hitler is asscoiated with it ? if that is case its not swastika its more of a tilted version of swastika

@stux Yeah I know, mostly in western countries. Some westerners mistake Dharmic bros to be anti semitic when they see us using swastika on our door steps. After some sharing of knowledge things become fine.😅😅😉

@romil @artisticphilosopher In this case it's about the Hitler's version ;-) People can say they mean something else with it but it's pretty clear they are 'modern nazis' and I don't want them on my platform.. They can always signup somewhere else but not here

@stux @romil Whom does the they here refer to ? In my opinion swastik symbol is not bound to hindu religion just because they gave it the swastik name. It is a pretty ancient symbol which has different interpretation among people in different regions/religions. The most popular one is for the nazi interpretation
