       I think it's great that Sky had Jamie on. They had booked Mermaids for other slots that day but then Mermaids pulled out of all interviews the day before.  I was supposed to be debated with a representative from Mermaids but in the end was speaking on my own

       @StellaOMalley Such a shame they pulled out. I think I am yet to see a proper debate. You were great though. You packed a lot of good stuff into a short interview.

       @Somethings_Not_Right @StellaOMalley Stella, you were fantastic, so informative and insightful. I can see why Mermaids would rather withdraw than debate with you. We must safeguard children by watchful waiting and lots of therapy, not rush them straight into medical pathways that may be harmful and entirely unnecessary. The testimony of the increasing number of detransitioners is of vital importance in #safeguarding all children.
