Treated myself to a stupidly large cake, an entire fresh pineapple (in December! Who AM I, the fucking queen?) and some children's colour-changing nail polish because I'm the boss of me. Is this self-care?

@rose (I'm going to assume stunt was a typo, but I'll admit to being somewhat hopeful that stunt pineapples is an up-and-coming extreme sport.) I must have missed this!

@ChameleonBones No, it wasn't a typo. There was a whole thread about women having a 'stunt pineapple' on display in a bowl of fruit when visitors come. The pineapple was not to be eaten and just for show. This led to a thread about stunt washing up cloths and brushes by the kitchen sink (a fancier set than the ones normally used). It wasn't on the feminist pages. 😂

@rose Hahaha, I kinda love it! I've definitely not placed things I don't normally buy around the house for guests, like air fresheners and kitchen roll and extra towels... Nope... 👀

@ChameleonBones The women on Mumsnet are hilarious. The FWR pages have radicalised lots of women. It's a great site.
