@ScottishLass He needs to dig a little deeper and find out WHO paid these lawyers to invent ways to pass legislation by circumventing the public's right to know and comment. Gee... it couldn't be BIG PHARMA could it??? Thar's money in them thar hills of sex reassignment, don't cha know.

@ScottishLass Honestly, none of that is surprising if you're in the lobbying world - whether you agree with the ethics or not, it's a logical (and legal) way to proceed. What's surprising is that decision makers on the receiving end didn't exercise basic due diligence - ask for the evidence, consult other interested stakeholders, ask questions. It's a disgraceful betrayal of their public position.
