       all these fucking outlets, even the "liberal" ones (or perhaps especially the liberal ones?) here in the US are fucking up the takeaways from the election so badly.Labour did not fail to capitalize on Boris Johnson being dysfunctional:Labour literally could not capitalize on it.Because of Brexit, there was nothing Labour could have done. Literally nothing. The only way that Labour would still have most of those seats is if they themselves supported hard-brexiting months and months ago. It was all anybody cared about. Nobody who's voting Tory cares that Johnson is a moron just like nobody who's voting Republican cares that Trump is a piece of shit.The media will keep getting this wrong on purpose to make the liberal intellectual class feel better about themselves while the planet dies. It's super dope, really excited about it.
