       @intelsohail so ultimately the whole procedure and implementation will have to be done by the officers at the grassroot and state levels. If the state government doesn't let it move, it won't.        @KayKap I don't think the government believes people have that much of a memory longitivity. They will do whatever right now, and the year of the election, say that we fulfilled our promises. But assuming we have faith in the system, lets wait and watch.
