@SilkyNsa Yes true that I can understand and relate. There is no such thing called depression for poor or middle class. You just need to keep going. I was just talking about my inability to cry. I lost somebody in my family this year, wanted to cry my heart out but was unable to do so. Such a worse thing it is .

@Poonamsharma I would suggest perhaps no such thing as treatment for mental illness for the street poor it's either the street or prison. Where you have fully functioning democracies that care for all citizens Street poor get "workers" lower next economic level "counsellors" and if you are in the money you get yourself an analyst or therapist. But again in my llimited experience disease is equall opportunities just some groups pretend it is isn't there. @SilkyNsa

@DesCoutinho Yes we don't have resources and social acceptance to be mentally ill. @SilkyNsa

@SilkyNsa Hope you get well soon. Yes health is everything, fortunately I learnt that in time because of my upbringing and me myself being from medical background. I always keep focus that I eat right and do regular exercise. You loose everything if health lost. People don't realise how blessed they are to be healthy and keep going on with their unhealthy lifestyles .
