       Do any of you know how to get from Germany to Helsinki without flying?I don't really fancy a 20h busride through Poland and Lituania and there don't seem to be any trains

       @frainz as far as i know, there are ferries from north germany to southern parts of sweden, trains in sweden up to the middle of the east coast and boat again to finland. its a long time since i checked up on travel routes in europe, but that is an alternative i think still exists
