       @garpu the GPLv3 is too authoritarian (if this makes any sense). it's too restrictive, and any non GPL code that touches the GPL must be relicensed as GPL. You can't even sell GPLv3 code or sell appliances with GPLv3 licensed code. more liberal licenses are preferable because they allow anyone to do anything with the code without arbitrary restrictions
