       @Matter @jordan31 @trawzified @lexservxyz I can confirm that not everyone in the US does it that way. The ubiquitous "they" just want you to think that way. This is not a judgement, but I've learnt that it really varies by how religious an area of the country is. The less religious areas (like the New England states), the more common it is that the week begins on Monday. The more religious the area (like the Midwest or Southeast) the more common it is for the week to start on Sunday.
