Wow.The gut is very important to your mental well being. I was meditating just now and began to massage my belly by feeling my way around and it felt very good, and put me in a trance almost immediately.The science is increasingly backing up the brain-gut connection, but it’s what the new age crowd has been saying all along isn’t it?If you are kind to your belly it will help you relax.

Also, if your stomach is upset, try liquorice. It has stuff in it that soothes your stomach.

@thj I know what you mean.I have several on the go that I dip in and out of, and an ever growing list in StandardNotes of books that look interesting.
