Got a job interview in a couple of week or so.As a gravedigger.Might have to revive the goth style from years gone past.(Actually, that's just one part of the job, but gravedigger would sound better on a CV 😆 )

@RunningInCircles These days gravediggers all use little digging machines. Picks and spades are only held in reserve. Which puts the following info into perspective.I used to occasionally drink in a pub called the Athletic Arms, which is near Gorgie, in Edinburgh. The name comes from the proximity to the football ground. However, everyone knows the pub as "Diggers". It is nestled between two cemeteries and was, therefore, the favoured watering hole for gravediggers.https://athleticarms.com/

@RunningInCircles It has often occurred to me that "athletic arms" would also apply to gravediggers, as they would've dug all the graves by hand. Not so much now.

@fitheach Cheers. Not *sure* if I want the job.Aspects of it would suit. But like everything. You have to go and find out. Always nice to be considered for anything as well.

@RunningInCircles I understand. It might be a bit of a dead end job.
