       @silkeviciousWhen we switched from BC or (BCE, if you prefer) to AD there wasn't a year zero in between. So we went from 1 BC to 1 AD, consequently as @kat said the new decade starts the year after next, in 2021.(Which was why I was never keen on the 'millenium bug' label since that was wrong too).
