       When you've got Donald Trump basically wanting to make being trans illegal again (spoiler alert: this does not make people stop being trans) and a main figure of the establishment of the democratic party saying after all her LGBT posturing that she wouldn't be comfortable around trans women, where are non-binary pansexual clowns like me supposed to go?

       Are we supposed to, like in 2012, forget that the supposed leaders of the country's center-left were ever just 4 years ago bristling at trans issues because they're personally uncomfortable with them? I don't expect people to change overnight on this stuff, but politicians lead us into tolerance and acceptance, not the other way now.

       if a male politician said that sharing a dressing room with a gay man made them uncomfortable they'd rightly be seen as a homophobe. Shit like this is blatantly inexcusable and should be called out for what it is mid interview. Remember, trans issues might be abstract for you, reading this, but you've got at least ONE masto friend who it's very non-abstract for. We've always been here. Fight for us. We did the same for you.
