A raw scream of the frozen, avenging lord. The fiery soul of laughing priests. The mortal oak of the most deformed tattoo.Glorious rain of the screaming dove.

@dws amusingly @dredmorbius had almost exactly the same response! Have you guys thought about taking melatonin in the evenings before bed? 300 micrograms or so, not the giant multi-milligram doses they usually sell.

@kragen @dredmorbius I ordered 300mcg Melatonin tablets after reading the MIT study. Works great (for me, YMMV) for an extra 10-15 minutes of deep sleep.

@dws @dredmorbius does it result in less raw screams of the frozen, avenging lord in the mornings?

@kragen @dredmorbius It does reduce the time for my brain to reassemble and sputter to life. A full-on cold shower is good for another 1/3rd. And then sweet, sweet coffee.
