       @dws amusingly @dredmorbius had almost exactly the same response! Have you guys thought about taking melatonin in the evenings before bed? 300 micrograms or so, not the giant multi-milligram doses they usually sell.

       @kragen @dredmorbius I ordered 300mcg Melatonin tablets after reading the MIT study. Works great (for me, YMMV) for an extra 10-15 minutes of deep sleep.

       @kragen @dredmorbius It does reduce the time for my brain to reassemble and sputter to life. A full-on cold shower is good for another 1/3rd. And then sweet, sweet coffee.
