"You're absolutely correct that life isn't for everyone. If you choose to see life as being all about you, as being a thing to win, that it owes you something, that you've been given a dud hand, that it's all the fault of others that you are where you are, and you ignore all of those people who have managed to overcome the most awful of situations and go on to live satisfying lives, then go ahead and be one of the 50+million who will expire this year. You can keep feeling sorry for yourself, making all sorts of excuses why you can't attain some meaning in your life or you can completely change your thought process and see that you are your own stumbling block in your life. Understand that life isn't fair. Accept it. Adapt to it. Overcome it. Giving up is easy. Whining is easy. Picking holes in everything people say or do is easy. The easy path is taken by many every day. The choice is totally yours. It's your life. What you make of it is up to you. Just ask yourself, honestly, "Am I taking the easy path?""Thoughts on this?

@sim Context matters, and I don't have it. That said, I mostly agree with that fragment.

@lnxw48a1 I think it is a follow on from this comment: "Exactly! I can’t stand this shallow positivity bullshit either. Life isn’t for everyone, period." But that just adds more missing context. Which is someone else who is tired of hearing bullshit platitudes of positivity. I guess not much to go on.
