@angristan I find Japan to be so pleasant to live in that its worth it -- high price and all. Also, paying for a basic studio is still cheaper than some more expensive cities. Might be small though.

@angristan coming in as a tourist from Denmark everything is actually pretty cheap here so far...And at least you don't have to worry about tipping as well.

I know these places that have good beers and are not too loud:- Delirium Cafe in Akasaka (Belgian)- Shamrock in Roppongi (Irish)- Hobgoblin in Roppongi (British)All serve food (not great food). If you prefer cheap Japanese beer, I know a few Izakayas in Roppongi, including one with private rooms.

@angristanEh? Line lossing is popularity in Korea? basically the rule here in Japan is everyone has Line...I tried to not use it as it is proprietary but it's impossible I would be connected to anyone ><.(Everybody should use Signal or Wire :p).@codewiz
