There have been NO GENUINE COMBAT VIDEOS from Syria since late 2016.I can tell you the two reasons:One is that the men and women fighting do so in secret. They don't allow themselves to be filmed.Two is that everyone you see is either an actor or a second-line fighter whose job it is to hold territory taken by the assault troops.

Modern warfare began in World War One.The Germans realized that the best way to fight was to bypass strongpoints and take as much territory as possible in the shortest amount of time.Second-line troops came in to hold the territory, and then the specialists reduced the surrounded strongpoints.

Strongpoints generally face in one direction.Attacking it from BEHIND is smarter than a frontal assault.Beginning in late 2015, well-trained troops from the Gulf Cooperation Council began fighting in Syria, AFTER THEY WERE ASKED.It appears that Assad finally asked for help too.So far I've seen no Iranians or Hezbollah heading to northern Syria.It's all Syrian Arab Army.

@ThomasWic I may not have all the correct info but it seems the deception on the ground is a swap of forces, the US buildup in the KSA and UAE in defensive troops and equipment to increase domestic security while GCC forces are freed up in order to take a more offensive role in Iraq , Syria and Yemen.Also the SOF forces north of the M4 highway were only relocated to Al-Tanf on Jordan's border and Al Asaad in Anbar,Iraq meaning we have only withdrawn from the Turkish border

The really amazing part is that Trump says he's doing it, but so quickly and in such a joking manner, that all the nutcases don't believe him and then think it's something totally else.
