The funniest conversation I've had this year was over lunch today with a Trump-LOATHING colleague. All spoken low and with a sneer:HIM: Let me let you in on a little secret. I'm probably voting for Trump. ME: Wow. What changed your mind?HIM: More money in my pocket and a seriously expanded 401K. Nothing but short-sighted short-term selfish interest on my part. @StevenDouglas Here is a data point for you. A democratic fella I work with voted straight R last Saturday in the LA State election. He is the kind of guy that gets all of his info from the televised media, but despite that, he has sensed the big disconnect between "the programming" and real life. Don't tell him though, I've been nudging him now for nearly two years pointing out the despairagies. Feels good to help turn one for PDJT and Rispone.
