@anna @felix I know that China spends more on renewable power than anybody else and they plant more trees than anybody else.Not here to say that China is perfect because no state is perfect. A socialist state is an imperfect transitional period. This is like basic socialist theory here. Expecting the state of China to be perfect is a fool's game. A State Will Never Be Perfect Because States Are Bad. But some states may transition into a better situation.Is China going in that direction? I dunno. I am not a China expert.

@anna @tesseract Well I disagree with the "state capitalist" label, mostly because it is just an anarchist buzzword without any real definition. China is clearly a dictatorship of the proletariat. Sure their economy has elements of capitalism, but the Soviet Union had that as well. And it makes sense if you think of socialism as a transitionary period between capitalism and communism.
